If you’re wondering if this program is for you, watch today’s video where I explain why I created an immersion program versus the “weekly touch” programs that are out there.

This program has been running for almost two years, and I still receive e-mails from its original members reporting back to the lasting and continued changes that they are experiencing as a result of the program’s teachings, from weight loss to career success.

Did I mention that when you join the program, you have lifetime access? So, anytime I launch the program, you get to do it again and again. Sweet! Right?

As for support, you receive:

weekly coaching/expert calls

daily support (except Sunday because a gal needs a day to rest)

transformational lifestyle and mindset lessons delivered straight to your inbox Monday through Friday

a weekend excursion assignment where you get to deep practice your new mindset and lifestyle skills

a super chic and savvy community of alumni, as well as newbies who are as excited about your success as their own

access to me during group calls (currently, I only work with my Slim, Chic and Savvy and French Kiss the World Society members)

lifetime access to program

Fun…because if it’s not fun, I most likely won’t be doing it! And guess what? Even though change is hard, it’s super fun!

If you’re ready to step into a new way of thinking, being and living in the world, I invite you to watch this video.

Thanks again, and here’s to your Slim, Chic and Savvy self!

In today’s video, I share a story about me running on a track with some hot guys. They taught me something about being savvy, about being a leader of my own life, about what motivation is all about.

Today’s secret is why I get up in the morning and put on my best outfit, why I wear lipstick, why I exercise and why I do things even when they feel hard.

I promise that if you learn to develop this attitude, your life will begin to look very different. You’ll think twice before you blow off exercise, throw on a pair of sweats to go to the grocery store or eat a second helping of ice cream.

Instead, you’ll find yourself making the phone call that scares you, standing on stage to give your first presentation, choosing food that makes your body feel amazing, savoring your dessert, stopping before you scream at your kids, sitting down to write that book and booking your first international trip. These are just some of the things that women in the Slim, Chic and Savvy program have done because they live by today’s secret.

Check it out and make sure to leave a comment.

Slim…the word means more than wearing a slinky black dress. Slim is a way of life, it’s a releasing of things that’s been holding you back. It’s slimming your life of excess–thoughts, beliefs, clutter and relationships that are cramping your style.

Trust me. Your body, along with many other things, will slim down.

The Slim, Chic and Savvy Immersion program digs deep into these areas, but today’s slim secret is a very simple one that many diets fail to address. It’s time to stop only looking at what you eat and start investigating something else that’s just as important.

After watching the video, begin to watch yourself like a scientist and notice when you’re not doing this thing. Become fascinated, not judgmental. Slim, Chic and Savvy women study themselves so that they can learn, make adjustments and create what they want (that’s the savvy part).

Enjoy this slim secret and make sure to leave a comment. I want to hear from you!

Questions have been rolling in about Slim, Chic and Savvy. Here are the most popular ones:

1. When does the program start?

On February 27th, each member will receive their first lesson delivered straight to their inbox. A SCS grad just e-mailed me to say, “I rushed to my computer every morning to get my lesson. Little by little, they changed my life.” So, these lessons pack a powerful punch.

2. I have a lot going on in my life right now and I’m wondering if trying to do the program right now is a bad idea?

My experience has been that there is never a good time to do anything or at least that’s what the mind will try to convince you. For good reason. The mind is scared of change so it will throw out every reason why you shouldn’t do something.

Rather than asking if now is a bad time, here’s a better question: How can I make the next three months an amazing discovery that leads to my slim, chic and savvy self?

Aahhhh….much better!

Everything is a choice and if you’re committed to living a fabulous life, you’ll make it work in your own beautiful way.

Plus, one of the SCS grads who lost 18 pounds during the program joined during a major life transition–the loss of her mother and a career change. She found SCS to be exactly what she needed to escort her into a new stage of her life.

3. What if I get behind?

Fortunately, this isn’t a college course and I’m not grading you. I created this program so you could do it in your own way, at your own pace and with your own approach. The immersion experience introduces women to the concept that you get to choose how you walk through your world and how you do this program!

Plus, the material is yours for a lifetime. Many SCS members go through the lessons over and over again. Some have even created mini-coaching groups in order to continue surrounding themselves with the energy of women living fabulous lives.

4. What if I can’t make the LIVE calls?

Don’t worry. Most SCS members don’t make every single LIVE call. Fortunately, it’s not necessary to be on all the calls to be successful in this program. Each call is recorded and will be e-mailed to you within 24-hours. You can listen to it while strolling around your neighborhood, while driving in your car or any time or place in which you have access to a computer or iPod.

5. If I don’t like the program, can I get my money back?

Yes, I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee because I want you to have full confidence and security in your purchase (I’m aware of all of the “not-so-stellar” stuff that’s out there). However, if you’re going into this program already thinking about a refund, it may not be for you. I only want to work with women who are 100% committed to themselves and the program.

Très Important! Slim, Chic and Savvy women take action because your best life doesn’t occur while you sit back with your feet up. The program does have assignments (some are so much fun that clients have asked that I add more) so I don’t care what the Law of Attraction says, you gotta take action if you want results. Therefore, if you request a refund I will request to see your homework. No Action = No refund.

If you do the work, you are going to experience fabulous results. It’s inevitable.

(Just a little I-love-you side note: Your attitude before starting anything will determine your results. If you go into this experience expecting it to work beautifully, it will. If you go into it with doubt and skepticism, you’ll find every reason why it won’t work for you. Interesting, huh? Pay attention to your attitude in everything )

6. I’ve seen some coaching programs that are $200 for 6 weeks. Why does SCS cost $797 for 10 weeks?

Have you ever shopped at Neiman Marcus? When you walk into one of their stores, you’re walking into an experience. You are supported through the shopping process, you are introduced to things you might never have considered wearing and you are treated like royalty.

Then there’s the big Super Centers filled with massive amounts of people. When you walk into these stores, you’re on your own. You’re lucky to find a salesperson to help you find the kitty litter beside the frozen food section. It’s a quick, get-in-and-get-out experience where nothing really changes except you leave with more stuff.

Sure, you pay more for shopping at Neiman’s but you also walk out of the store seeing yourself and your world differently—not to mention, you leave with a quality product. What you may want to know about Slim, Chic and Savvy women is that they will almost always choose quality over quantity.

Most of the coaching programs I’ve seen offer a once-a-week call with a worksheet or two and that’s pretty much it.

I find that in the initial stages of change, people need more support and accountability. In Slim, Chic and Savvy, you are getting daily, life-changing lessons along with daily adventures that get you into action petit à petit. Plus, there are group coaching calls, weekend excursions, calls with hand-picked experts who compliment my teachings, and access to the private Facebook group.

Slim, Chic and Savvy isn’t called the haute couture of personal development for no reason!

What women often tell me after going through the program is that for all you receive, $797 is a bargain. Some coaches charge that for one 1-hour session.

7. Is this a weight loss program?

No! Slim, Chic and Savvy is NOT a diet. It’s not a “lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks program”.

Slim, Chic and Savvy is a lifestyle. It is a state of mind and an attitude. It’s a way of walking through your world with style, elegance, and ease.

Do know that my teachings (including the SCS dining principles, along with other sexy approaches to living) often result in weight loss (some women have experienced 20 pounds or more).

My personal experience has been that the weight comes off (for me, it was 75 pounds) when you stop focusing on weight and dieting and begin to think and act like a slim, chic and savvy woman.

8. Why did you create Slim, Chic and Savvy?

Great question! Little did I know, ten years ago, that my biggest struggle would become my greatest blessing and turn into a program that has changed the lives of so many women.

Let’s go back in time. I spent over a decade chasing success, weight loss and love. I was trying a new diet every week, enrolling in “Live a Better Life” programs and reading books about how to make men want me. The more I chased and tried, the unhappier I became. Yet I continued to live in this illusion that if I could just lose the excess weight, find the perfect man or land the perfect career, I’d be happy. It was such a lie!

After waking up miserable for way too many days, two things happened that would forever change my life. I stumbled upon the world of life coaching, which opened up the possibility that life was mine to create. I also landed in France, the place that encouraged me to eat with pleasure, look fabulous and live with joie de vivre.

I had entered a new world where delicious foods, great wines, personal style and pleasure, along with beautiful thoughts were the foundations for an amazing life.

In the meantime, I was participating in a lot of “Make Your Life Better in Seven Steps” programs and I became frustrated. I’d join a call each week, get a worksheet and then be left on my own to “find myself.”

I found myself but it wasn’t through a step-by-step program (because there are more than a few steps to creating your best life) but instead, from taking the best of my two favorite worlds—coaching and France—and taking action in my life petit à petit.

I was doing little things like creating luscious routines in the morning and at night, buying new lingerie and deliberately surrounding myself with different people. I began to throw dinner parties, explore my passions and read inspiring books. I cleaned up my environment by getting rid of the things that were draining (or just not adding to) me and replacing them with things that nourished my soul. I chose to think different thoughts. I began to eavesdrop on myself and catch myself engaging in nasty little habits and then to lovingly escort myself back to my Sweet Spot.

Massive changes were happening. People began to comment on how great I looked. I began to notice how amazing I felt. Opportunities began showing up. I was taking scary but thrilling action. Life became fun and I was getting results.

My own path–challenges and successes–sparked a desire to create a program that immersed women in a completely new way of seeing themselves in the world; a way founded upon beauty and love. Most of all, I wanted it to be fun, challenging and based on sound principles that ignite change.

I didn’t discover Slim, Chic and Savvy. It discovered me and I am proud to say that it has changed the lives of over one hundred women who are living fabulously, SCS style—traveling the world, starting businesses and creating healthy bodies avec plaisir!

Well, those are the most frequently asked questions. If you were on the fence about joining the Slim, Chic and Savvy 10-week Immersion Experience, hopefully these questions have helped you make a decision that will serve your desires.

If you are of the lucky ladies who decides to join me (fingers crossed), go here and get registered.

The journey begins on February 27th!

Let the countdown begin.

Love,

“Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not.”
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

A beautiful woman knows that beauty doesn’t just begin when she walks into a room. It is in her soul, and she nourishes it every day through beautiful music, books, and thoughts as well as enjoyable people, movement, and food.

In part trois of the Beauty Manifesto, I’m going to offer up my final credo of beauty: it’s all about nourishment.

Step #11: Nourish Yourself with Beauty

Pop quiz: On a table is a bag of Cheetos and an apple. Which one does the beautiful woman choose?

If you said, apple, you get a big A+.

A truly beautiful woman will always choose the apple. Why? Because it’s natural, fresh, and radiant, and she knows that what you put into your body, comes out.

On the other hand, Cheetos offer a moment of gratification, orange fingers—isn’t that attractive, and chemical-laden, empty calories. In other words, Cheetos are a taker but the apple is a giver—radiance, energy, and health.

Before a beautiful woman chooses a food, she thinks, “Is this going to add to or detract from my beauty?”

Let’s take this a little bit deeper. A beautiful woman nourishes herself with other beautiful things such as: self-respect, self-love, and self-care.

If you will begin to remove one thing from your life that doesn’t add beauty (a thought, a trinket, a piece of clothing, maybe even a person) and replace it with something so beautiful it almost makes your heart stop, you’ll create a radical transformation in your life—your own beauty movement.

Step #12: Dine Like a Lady

At lunchtime, along the Boulevard St. Germain in Paris, cafés are filled with beautiful French women sipping wine, savoring their tartines and sharing delicious concoctions of desserts—mousse au chocolat, profiteroles, and macaroons. No guilt. No diets. Just pure pleasure.

How do those French women looks so amazing and eat the svelte figure’s “forbidden fruits?” The answer is: they dine, not feed.

In the Slim, Chic and Savvy program, one of the many components I teach is the art of dining. Not surprisingly, many women express that have been bombarded with rule after rule of what they should and shouldn’t eat but rarely taught the importance of how one should dine. As a result, they’ve begotten years of bad eating habits, less-than-graceful manners, and, for some, unwanted extra pounds

When it comes to dining, most of the information in our culture has been focused on the science of nutrition—breaking food down into its components and researching how it impacts our bodies on a cellular level. In this process, we’ve lost the sacredness of savoring delicious foods as a gift. We treat eating like one big scientific experiment where food is a controlled substance. We forget the lovely process and focus only on the end findings—will this make me fat?

Mais non, said my French girlfriend Catherine, when I asked her if she counted her carbs. “You Americans are fat because you don’t enjoy your food,” she exclaimed.

The French taught me that how you dine is an important part of a woman’s beauty plan. It’s about nourishing, savoring, and eating sans guilt.

Plus, knowing how to carry yourself at the table is not only a sign that you are an elegant and classy lady, which will always be a part of timeless beauty, it’s also an indicator of healthy eating, which is très slimming.

Step #13: Drink Like a Lady

I have this friend who is a knock-out. Gorgeous with a capital G. Sadly, though, when she walks into a room, her beauty is overshadowed in the minds of her friends by concern for her safety. You see, she has a habit of becoming dangerously inebriated.

If you’ve read my communiqués for any length of time, or know me personally, you probably detect two things: I love, love shared good food perfectly paired with a bottle of wine. In fact, I attended sommelier school because I wanted to be one of those wine snobs who could smell a varietal and vintage a mile away (still not that person but hey, I try).

However, my personal experience has been that after drink #2, beauty-points start going down really fast due to slurred speech, a case of the hiccups, running into things or people, and saying and doing things that your sober self would never say or do. Trouble!

A beautiful woman is in control of herself. Period.

If you want to drink in excess, for beauty’s sake, make it H2O.

Step #14: Move in Beautiful Ways

I was just out on my back porch and I noticed something. Beautiful, living things move—the flowers, trees, water, birds…

Part of living beautifully is movement—a constant flow, an evolution, or… you can just call it exercise.

Dancing, walking, boxing, practicing yoga or moving your body in any enjoyable and strengthening way is a part of every beauty plan. Since every little thing matters, beautiful women are always looking for little TLC moments (like a brisk walk in between meetings or a stroll with the kids after dinner.) Beautiful women are not confined to a gym.

Movement is how we regenerate our bones, muscles, and heart. It’s how we become strong and full of vitality. A woman in motion is strong. That strength is what allows her to stand with proud posture, walk for charity, keep a clean environment, run around with her kids, and handle her life with grace and poise.

Movement is a beautiful thing (even when you’re sweating).

Step #15 (Final Step): Decide to BE Beautiful

Before you walk into a room, it’s up to you to decide to be beautiful. No one is going to give you permission. There’s no beauty fairy that knocks on your door and grants you a beauty wish. Regardless of the promises, no plastic surgeon can create your beauty. All the miracle creams, designer clothes, or cute shoes in the world cannot make you beautiful.

Beauty is an inside job that shows externally.

Since it starts from within, your beauty is your responsibility.

Once you own the belief of, “I am a beautiful woman,” the Universe works with you to create your most beautiful self—how you dress, think, eat, what you focus on, how you communicate, and your posture and poise as you sit, stand, and walk.

The decision is yours. Do you want to be the most beautiful woman in the room?

If so, the concept of beauty boils down to these questions:

Do you think beautiful thoughts?

Do you dress in beautiful ways?

Do you speak beautiful words?

Do you eat beautiful foods?

Do you make others feel beautiful?

Do you nourish yourself with beauty?

Do you move in strength and beauty?

Do you see beauty?

Open your eyes and behold.

You are the most beautiful woman in the room.

“Know, first, who you are; and then adorn yourself accordingly.”

In Part 1 of the Beauty Manifesto, we addressed how a woman should approach her inner beauty— seeing herself beautiful, redefining what beauty means for herself, embracing her playful side and thinking beautiful thoughts.

However, if you want to be the most beautiful woman in the room, you must not stop there. Your inner world makeover is bound to spill into your outer world—the way you dress, how you communicate, what and how you dine and how you show up in the world.

Step #6: Dress the way you desire to feel

In France, there’s a saying, “On ne sait jamais,” or “One never knows.” This is why you won’t see a French woman shopping for groceries looking like she just crawled out of bed.

It’s true. You never know who you might run into–an old boyfriend, your neighbor or your boss. However, I’m more concerned with the person who’s always with you: your self.

Slim, Chic and Savvy women are more concerned with impressing themselves versus impressing others. However, they don’t underestimate the power of the ripple effect—how one small act (such as dressing your best) can spill over into every part of their lives.

The ripple effect begins when you do your very best (in this case, dressing with intention). This creates self-pride, which manifests confidence. Then, you reap the admiration of others as a result. All these deliberate actions create an environment that is constantly calling forth your best self.

The world is your playground, and the streets are where you get to play dress up and cultivate your outer beauty and style.

Admit it. It’s hard to feel beautiful if you’re sporting an old, baggy t-shirt, sweat pants, sneakers and no lipstick. Sure, we all have those days, but they are better reserved for behind close doors, because “On ne sait jamais.”

So, rewind to Step #1: Start at the end. What does your most beautiful self wear to work? How does she show up for a party? What does she wear around the house? What about to bed?

What does what you’re wearing right now say about you?

Step #7: Walk beautifully

My mother always told me to sit up straight with shoulders back and chin up. Little did I know at the time, my mother was sharing a timeless beauty secret that women have known throughout centuries.

How you physically walk into a room either creates or detracts from your beauty. Walk in with your head down and shoulders slumped, and people probably won’t notice you. However, if you stand tall and stroll into a place, you are sending a powerful message of beauty, confidence and elegance.

Everything is energy: your words, wardrobe, thoughts and your posture.

What kind of energy is your current body stance sending off?

Step #8: Learn the art of conversation

“What do you do,” I was asked by a table full of Europeans one night at dinner. “I’m a nurse,” I responded. They looked at me as if I’d just admitted that I drink water. Utterly bored.

“Not what you do for a job, but what do you love to do? What are you passionate about? What would you stay up all night to discuss,” they inquired. This is when I became fascinated with the art of conversation.

Roland Barthes wrote in A Lover’s Discourse: Fragments, “Language is a skin: I rub my language against another…I enwrap the other with my words, I caress, brush against, talk up this contact.” Barthes realized the power of the spoken word.

In France, conversation is an intellectual foreplay. To be a great conversationalist is much more revered than being a millionaire (in fact, money is usually a topic to be avoided in a country that would rather discuss politics, sex and religion than how you make money).

A beautiful woman knows that looks alone will not captivate an audience. Language is the way to seduce life. It’s how we share, learn, interact and fall in love. It’s music, poetry and a beautiful story. And, to use it effectively is an art, a skill that takes practice and a willingness to play the game.

For the sake of brevity, I’m going to offer you a few of my conversation 101 rules:

First, don’t do all the talking. The art of conversation involves as much listening as talking. Beware not to turn a great convo into a monologue.

Look people in the eyes. It says several things: you are confident, you are present and you are interested. That’s beautiful.

No complaining. If you must bitch, save it for a night out with your girlfriends, and even then, don’t wallow in your misery. Samuel Johnson made a great suggestion, “When any fit of gloominess, or perversion of mind, lays hold upon you, make it a rule not to publish it by complaints.”

Have fun. The most beautiful woman in the room is usually the one having the most fun. Use language as a way to connect and spread good cheer. A little humor always wins hearts.

Step #9: Find Your Signature Style

I recently went shopping with my 13-year old daughter. The mall was filled with girls her age, and they all looked the same—same style shorts, t-shirts and shoes.

I had the “signature” talk with her. A girl needs to find her own signature—her style, her passions and her unique look. However, this takes years to discover and hone and, but it starts by noticing what you love, what lights you up and works for your body and life.

When I think of women who possess their own signature, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe and Grace Kelly come to mind. Their look had slight variations in clothing, hair and makeup, but it never strayed too far away from their signature.

A beautiful woman knows herself, and while she loves to play around with fashion, she will always come back to what’s true for her.

Part of a woman’s signature and what makes her beautiful are her passions. There’s something magnetic about a woman sharing what lights her up. As a result, she lights up the room.

What is your signature? Maybe it’s a certain perfume, scarves or something that only you are known for. Begin to explore what it might be for you and brand yourself with what you love.

Step #10: Don’t make it about you

Part of your outer beauty involves how you interact with people. Once you’ve put your best fashion foot forward, it’s no longer about you. It’s about everyone else.

The moment you step into a room—a party, the grocery store or a classroom—you’ve stepped onto your playground, and it’s time to find playmates.

One of the greatest zappers of a woman’s radiance is the constant focus on herself, the perpetual comparison game, the “not-good-enough-so-I-must overcompensate” syndrome.

If you want to elevate yourself to a place of utter beauty in a room, replace uncertainty with curiosity and become genuinely interested in others. Get out of your own head and into their world. Find their passions. Discover mutual interests. Engage with people and make them feel important, and you will become the most beautiful woman in the room.

Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.

-Confucius

I watched her walk into the room. Heads turned. Within minutes, people gathered around her. Within hours, she had mesmerized every one in the room.

My French girlfriend, Victoria, was not, by society’s standards, the most physically attractive woman. Her face was cute but quirky. She wasn’t the youngest. She was approaching her forty-third birthday. She wasn’t the skinniest. She was a size 8 with very feminine curves.

However, she was the most beautiful woman in the room.

What did Victoria possess that others didn’t? How was she able to captivate a roomful of people? How was she able to stand shoulder to shoulder with every person in the room?

Victoria knows something that most women fail to realize, and if you’ve ever desired to feel like the most beautiful woman in the room, this 3 part beauty manifesto is for you.

Step #1: Start at the End

When Matisse sat down to paint, he saw the painting on a wall. When Hemingway grabbed his pen and paper, he had the ending of his stories in mind. When you walk into a room, you must know what you desire to experience.

Slim, Chic and Savvy women understand that their life is their own creation. Waiting for others to make them feel beautiful is not how they roll. In fact, one of their beauty secrets is taking complete accountability for their own life and feeling state—how they dress, walk, eat, think, everything.

If you want to feel like the most beautiful woman in the room, start at the end. Go there in your mind and see what that looks like for you. What does your most beautiful self wear? How does she carry herself? How does she think? How does she interact with others?

Before I step foot into any social situation, I create the ending in my mind. I plant that seed of intention, and then I allow the pieces to come together to create my own experience.

Seeing the end is the first step to creating anything you want, including feeling like you are the most beautiful woman in the room.

Step #2: See the Room as Your Playground

Have you ever noticed the innocent beauty of children on a playground—their curiosity, excitement and smiles?

They seem to lack a great concern for what others think. They don’t fear screwing up. In fact, they seek out challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

Life is fun, and children just want to play.

Unfortunately, many women walk into a room and see it more like a war zone than a playground—constant comparison, worrying about judgment, afraid of saying or wearing the wrong things. The energy of such thoughts and feelings strips a woman of her natural playfulness, and therefore, her beauty.

When you walk into a room, see it as your social playground–become curious about others, seek out conversations that inspire you, and don’t forget to wear your best fashion accessory, a smile, and begin to have fun. As Audrey Hepburn said, “Happy girls are the prettiest girls.”

Step #3: Have a Love Affair with Life

A woman in love is a beautiful thing. A woman in love with life? Magnetic.

When you fall in love with life, you fall in love with yourself. As a result, you don’t need the validation of others. You don’t need for others to make you feel a certain way. And, you don’t need others to tell you you’re beautiful.

That alone makes you a rare bird in a society that is constantly seeking external kudos. And, rarity is often a beautiful thing—a freshness in a stale world.

(A little gift: if you’re like I was—my own worst enemy—you may not know where to start with this one. That’s okay. I’ve got your back. I’ve created this really cool worksheet to help you begin the love affair of your life. Click here to download.)

Step #4: Create your own definition of beauty

If you currently believe that being beautiful means being a six-foot, 130 pound blonde and you are a 5’4,” 140-pound brunette, you’re screwed. You’ve created a game that you cannot win. Not good. Slim, Chic and Savvy women love to create games that can be won.

If you want to feel beautiful, you must redefine what beauty means for you. Make sure to create a definition that addresses all aspects of a woman’s beauty: physical, intellectual, spiritual and mental.

In the Slim, Chic and Savvy 10-Week Immersion Experience, members create their own personal definition of beauty. One client redefined beauty as:

Beauty is taking great care of myself. Beauty is walking into a room and not caring about what others think but caring about them. Beauty is taking the time to look my best. Beauty is feeding my body with beautiful foods and my mind with beautiful thoughts. Beauty is celebrating life.

By changing her definition of beauty, this woman began to feel beautiful. The result? She met an awesome guy and landed her dream job.

That’s how to play the beauty game.

Step 5: Think and See Beauty

The Buddha said, “What you think, you become.” Are you thinking beauty?

Your thoughts and attention are creating your life. What are you creating right now? In any moment, you can focus on things that align with what you desire to create or you can allow your mind to run wild and let life just happen to you.

Regardless of how you look, if you show up in a room thinking ugly thoughts and focusing on all your perceived shortcomings, you will deny yourself of a beautiful experience.

You choose what believe and see.

Look around. Beauty is everywhere.

Look in the mirror. Beauty is staring back at you.

(Part Trois of the Beauty Manifesto coming soon….)
