“This lifestyle, and in the way that Tonya presents it, it should be a requirement for ALL women who want to live NOW! I now truly embrace my feminine, own it, work it. I feel like I’ve grown into myself and have finally given myself the permission to be ME! ”
— Lisa Persico
Tonya Leigh, the founder of the French Kiss Life movement, is a Master Certified Life Coach trained by Dr. Martha Beck, works with highly successful women from around the world who desire to balance ambition with ease to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Tonya believes that there is no problem in life that you cannot learn to French Kiss, because that is how she has become the woman that she is today. This French Kiss Life Movement was created as a result of her life experiences which she courageously shares with others. She encourages all women who are interested in finding a new approach to come and see if this Life-style works for them.
Are you addicted to struggle?
Do you constantly look outside of yourself for the answers?
Do you feel stuck in creating a body, business or relationships you love?
Do you crave more out of life?
If you said yes to any of those questions, its okay. Your secret is safe with me.
But think about it: It doesn’t seem logical, right?
That you’d be addicted to struggle — always choosing the hard path.
But, many women do.
I certainly did.
For years, I chose struggle. It was the only way I knew to operate in the world. My favorite form of struggle was dieting. I was addicted, and my body showed it ranging from a size 20 to a 2. But, my struggle didn’t stop there. It showed up in my relationships, with drama and dysfunction. And, in my bank account, with feast or famine.
I thought struggle was the answer — to work harder, faster, stronger.
My mind was programmed that everything had to be hard.
Ease? Ha…no way. Nothing good could come out of ease.
So, I worked hard to keep up a facade, to be that woman who appeared to have it all together.
But, inside? I was falling apart.
Can you relate? It’s such a painful way to live and it’s not how to French Kiss Life.
So, what’s the answer?
Well, you may be surprised to find out. It’s one word that’s changed my life. Learning to cultivate this quality has been my holy grail to more passion, style and joie de vivre.
Can you guess what the word is?
And, I’m not talking about a fancy wardrobe or Jimmy Choo shoes
(although I do love beautiful shoes).
I’m speaking of an internal sophistication that will change your life.
I’ve created a video series called The 3 Truths of Elegant Women. These discussions unveil what I’ve learned by studying women who had something I wanted — a love of life. These women were not found in the personal development world. They were found in Paris, my local country club and in next door neighbor.
I’ll be sharing the not-so-elegant side of me, the “old” me that was addicted to drama and struggle, who was obsessed with all the wrong things and who definitely did NOT French Kiss Life!
If I can do this, you absolutely can!
If you’re ready to stop the struggle, why not learn from women who believe that life can be full of ease and elegance?

“Some of the results of working with Tonya are: loss of weight, strength building, total body conditioning — overall? Building a better body and loving it! Self-confidence, self-motivation, fear of completion has been ousted by the euphoria of completion. And I have taken up running after a 28 year lapse!”
— Dianna Woolley
“I am engaged in life again. I am also writing again in a new, healthier way. Tonya’s tips have given me the kind of structure that I needed when I was floundering.”
— Toni De Palma
